Parlaying a 20 year IT career into a new role as real estate agent with emphasis in

working towards becoming an expert in the new construction arena and sales representing

buyers across the metro area has been my goal over the last 5+ years

in an ever changing industry and climate. Working for developers and builders

provided an educational backyard to adequately represent a home buyer through

all the phases of residential construction to completion of their dream home.

This starts from the initial interview meetings with the building companies to the completed

home final walk thru prior to closing, assistance to the buyer is a priority.

 

Obtaining certification as a CSP (Certified New Homes Sales Professional awarded by

the National Association of Home Builders) was achieved in 2017 to move forward

my professional credentials in the new home representation area. My association

with Weichert Realtors, Welch & Co., the marketing company leader in new construction

sales in the Kansas City Metro further emphasizes my knowledge and educational

exposure to represent a buyer in a new home decision and purchase.
